Bruschetta

Ingredients

• 10 Campari tomatoes
• 10 fresh basil leaves chopped
• 1⁄4 tsp salt
• 1⁄4 tsp pepper
• 1 minced garlic clove
• 1⁄4 cup EVOO

Directions

Dice tomatoes. In a large bowl add basil salt pepper and garlic. Add olive oil and stir gently. Serve with seasoned bread toasts.
